In 1982 Mr. Cheshire, the Founder and Managing Director, embarked on his journey in the jewellery industry in Hatton Garden, London. He worked for a gemstone trader and travelled the country selling to retailers. In 1988 he transitioned into manufacturing and supplying high-quality diamond and gemstone jewellery pieces to the jewellery trade across the UK. Travelling to Bangkok for over 40 years has allowed him to build strong relationships with the highest quality gem dealers in the world.

Mr Cheshire's son, Sebastian, joined the family business in 2019, bringing with him a wealth of hands on experience gathered across the globe. From selling vintage and antique jewellery in Edinburgh and working in a diamond sorting office in Mumbai, to managing a retail store in the heart of Hatton Garden, London, his career has taken him to the very core of the trade. Along the way, he studied at the GIA's London school, grounding his real world experience with a deep theoretical understanding of gemmology. Today, you'll find Sebastian splitting his time between the shops for appointments and the studio, where he's always working on his next design.
